Silicon Space Expands NoShore Business with Launch of Silicon Space Mexico
SAN DIEGO - January 28,2007 - Silicon Space, LLC, experts in customer-facing software solutions that enable companies to grow their businesses, today announced the establishment of Silicon Space Mexico, the company’s new subsidiary located in Tijuana, Mexico, and the acquisition of assets from Arkus, a software development firm also based in Tijuana. The creation of the Tijuana subsidiary, which is currently operational, is a key element of Silicon Space’s NoShore Delivery Model, announced in November 2007, in which local, U.S.-based, skilled project managers, technical architects, business analysts and creative professionals collaborate with talented software developers and quality assurance engineers in Mexico to ensure rapid development of high-quality and best-in-class solutions for companies looking to enhance and scale their businesses. With the acquisition of assets from Arkus, a five-year old software firm with extensive experience in Web development, Silicon Space has expanded its NoShore business unit with additional team members and increased development capacity for its clients.
